A: The casino will close to the public Wednesday, March 18 at 2:00 AM. We will operate with reduced staff to keep the building secure.

Q: I heard someone tested positive for COVID-19 at the casino.
A: There have been no confirmed cases of positive Coronavirus at Snoqualmie Casino

Q: When is the casino opening?
A: Snoqualmie Casino tentatively plans to remain closed. Snoqualmie management will closely monitor the situation and follow guidance from the governor’s office and health officials. Throughout this closure, we will continue to keep our valued guests updated on what’s happening here at the casino. Should we decide to reopen sooner or need to extend the closure longer, we will provide notice to our valued guests via website, email and social media.

Q: What if my slot machine cash out voucher expires while Snoqualmie Casino is temporarily closed?
A: Expired cash out vouchers will be valid for 30 days after we reopen.

Q: Can I still receive my 2019 Win/Loss Statement?

Q: Are you cleaning the casino?
A: For several weeks now, casino leadership team has increased preventative measures including increasing cleaning schedules and protocols in areas where germs or viruses can be transmitted, making sanitization stations available throughout the property and issuing guidance to team members to promote social distancing. While the casino is temporarily closed, we will continue to thoroughly clean public and employee spaces.

Q: Can I still play games online?
A: Yes, you can still take your Snoqualmie Casino experience anywhere and continue to play many of the games you love right from your own home.   • We continue to wipe down our machines and touched surfaces as frequently as every 30 minutes with the highest quality cleaning agents recommended by the CDC
  • To support our guests and team members’ own efforts, we increased the number of hand sanitizers throughout our property for all to use
  • The building’s ventilation system refreshes the facility with new air eight times per hour
  • We continue to encourage frequent hand washing and good hygienic practices
  • In the early stages of coronavirus awareness, we implemented a self-quarantine for those team members who returned from China, Iran, Italy, South Korea and continue to follow CDC recommendations for any additional impacted countries.
