(SNOQUALMIE, WASH.) July 13, 2018 – Snoqualmie Casino recently announced the appointment of Maria Boggs as the new Director of Human Resources.

With more than 17 years of Human Resources experience, Boggs has served in various capacities in both the private and public sector, while focusing on organizational development, facilitation and team building, strategic planning, process improvement, recruitment, as well as benefits and compensation.
Having served as the Interim Director of Human Resources for the past seven months, Boggs has overseen all aspects of Snoqualmie Casino’s human resource operations including the areas of recruitment, guest service training, benefits and team member relations.

Boggs has worked in various industries including local government, real estate, manufacturing and gaming. She has completed the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) program through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans as well as earned her LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Success Signals communications skills facilitation certification, and is a member of the Society of Human Resources, currently pursuing her SPHR designation.
