At Snoqualmie we believe that reinvesting in our Team Members is paramount. Our Training is developed with our Team Members in mind, and provides opportunities to various in-house training programs, such as, leadership development, public speaking training, conflict resolution and communication. In addition, we bring in subject matter experts for training, and offer a track series program for those wishing to advance their careers at the casino. Lastly, we provide tuition reimbursement for external classes.


Through our Recognition programs, Team Member contributions are recognized by both peers and guests.

BEST OF THE BEST PROGRAM – Snoqualmie Casino recognizes Team Members every month for their extraordinary service to our guests and fellow Team Members. These Team Members can be nominated by anyone in the organization. In recognition of their hard work, the Best of the Best receive a generous cash prize, a personalized Snoqualmie Casino award, VIP parking, attend an end of the year party and bragging rights! The Team Members can bring a guest to receive their recognition at a private luncheon with our executive management team, and their department manager/supervisor.

WAY PROGRAM – The We Appreciate You (WAY) program delivers on-the-spot recognition for a job well done. Accomplishments are posted in our Team Member dining room and Team Members are entered into quarterly drawings where they can win trips, PTO days, cash, concert tickets and many other prizes!

100% CLUB – We love to say thank you to Team Members who provide that “WOW” guest service. Snoqualmie Casino notices and rewards those who work hard and go above and beyond to make our guests feel special. Through a Secret Shopper program, those who score 100% receive a cash bonus, attend an award luncheon and an end of the year party where more prizes can be won!
