What are your parking arrangements?
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel has 2,000 customer parking spaces, plus 400 spaces dedicated for free valet parking. Parking areas are monitored to ensure the safety of all guests. Children, vulnerable adults or animals may NOT be left unattended in vehicles at any time for any length of time.
How do I get my Win/Loss, W-2G or 1099-MISC statement?
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel customers can have their personal Win/Loss, W-2G & 1099-MISC statements sent to them by mail. To receive your Win/Loss, W-2G or 1099-MISC statements, please download and print the appropriate form (below). Instructions for mailing or faxing the request are included on each form.

What are Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel hours of operation?
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Venue hours, restaurant pricing, schedules and promotion rules are subject to change without notice.
What games and sports are available to place a wager?
The typical sports you can bet on in a Vegas sportsbook are available. Washington college sports, sports generally involving minors, and proposition wagers on whether someone will get injured will not be allowed. We also offer off-track horse wagering.
Do you accept horse wagering?
Yes, we accept Off-Track Bets. You can place your wager at any one of our self-service kiosks located at the Sportsbook.
How do I place a wager?
You can place a wager at the Sportsbook window during operating hours or through any Sportsbook kiosk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After you place your wager, you will receive a ticket that summarizes your wager. Keep this ticket and refer to it after the event(s) you wagered on as you will need it to claim any winnings.
Can I cash out my winning ticket at a Sportsbook kiosk?
You can redeem your winning ticket for cash at any open Sportsbook window or at the Main Cage cashier.
What are the hours of the Sportsbook?
The Sportsbook window hours are:
- Monday – Friday 9:00 AM–11:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM–11:00 PM. You can place a Sportsbook wager at any of the 12 Sportsbook kiosks located on the main casino floor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or you can use the Sportsbook app while on property.
What forms of payment can I use to place a wager?
Cash is the only form of tender accepted for sports wagers. Should you place a cash wager at a kiosk and not spend the entire amount that was inserted, the kiosk will provide a ticket for the remaining amount. You can redeem that ticket at any open Sportsbook window or Cage cashier for cash.
Do I earn Crescent Club points with my wager?
While you do not earn points, the Crescent Club can send you valuable offers based on your activity in the Sportsbook.
Can I redeem my Crescent Club points to place a wager in the Sportsbook?
Yes you can. Simply redeem your Crescent Club points for cash then you can use your cash to place any wager.
When do lines become available for each league?
- NFL: Weekly full game lines filter in late Monday morning/early afternoon. Half time lines for games on Sunday become available Thursday.
- College Football: College Football: Weekly full game lines filter in late Monday morning/early afternoon. Half time lines for games on Saturday become available Thursday.
- NBA/MLB/NHL/College Basketball: Daily games are available the day of.
- Soccer: Lines become available for games 48 hours in advance of the game.
- MMA/Boxing: Lines for that week’s card become available by Tuesday. Main event fights are usually available much earlier but the timeline does vary.
How do I create an account in the Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel Sportsbook mobile app?
- In the App, click on the “Join” link in the upper right-hand corner.
- You will receive a message inviting you to visit the Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel Sportsbook in person to open your account. - Select “Account Settings” and then “Security Settings”.
- Scroll down to the password section where you will be asked to enter your old password.

We welcome dogs only and under 50 lbs. Guests will sign a waiver at check-in and a nonrefundable $200 pet fee will apply. Excluded list of dog breeds include Doberman Pinscher, Pit bull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Wolf dogs and wolf hybrids and Akita.

How is my Crescent Club tier status rated?
Qualify for your next tier at any time based on your total base points earned during a six-month period (January–June or July–December). Once you receive a tier upgrade, you will maintain those benefits for six months or more, depending on your rate of play.
Should I use my Crescent Club card every time I play?
Not only is that the fastest way to earn valuable rewards and offers, it’s also how you’ll unlock bonus games on our Crescent Club kiosk.
How do I earn points?
Use your Crescent Club card and earn points every time you play. Slots play earns 1 point for every $10 bet. Crescent Club members are responsible for making sure their card is properly and continuously inserted into the machine for the duration of play and that the card reader reads “Good luck, _____” before commencing play. Table games play earns points based on your time played and average bet amount. Crescent Club members playing table games are responsible for presenting their card to the Dealer or Floor Supervisor at each table played. Members distributing their cards to others and/or members purposely leaving their card(s) in the card reader(s) to accumulate points, once proven, will be subject to membership revocation.

How do I qualify for Crescent Club tier upgrades?

Members’ account information will be held in the strictest of confidence. Only the member who is listed on the account may receive account information or engage in any transaction relating to their account.
Can I activate multiple Crescent Club online accounts using the same email?
Since email addresses will be used as a username, only one Crescent Club account can be associated for any given email.

Do I need to make a reservation for MoonRise Spa?
We recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment at MoonRise Spa?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours will incur a fee of 50%. No-show will incur a fee of 100% of the service price.
Is MoonRise Spa available for hotel guests only?
MoonRise Spa is open to both hotel guests and the general public. Pool and fitness facilities are reserved for hotel and Spa guests.
What types of treatments does MoonRise Spa offer?
Our treatment menu includes curated signature journeys, massage, skincare, body rituals, and couple's experiences. In addition, seasonal offerings inspired by nature and global spa traditions are introduced quarterly to align with the rhythms of the natural world.
What should I wear during my MoonRise Spa treatment?
Most treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however, you will be professionally draped at all times. Disposable undergarments are available if preferred.
Can I bring my phone into MoonRise Spa?
We encourage a tech-free, relaxing environment. Please keep phones on silent and leave them in the locker during your visit.
Are there any additional amenities available at MoonRise Spa?
Yes. Amenities include locker rooms with robes and slippers, steam room, sauna, a relaxation lounge with refreshments, indoor pool, outdoor soaking tubs, and a fitness center. Our MoonRise Spa Concierge is happy to assist with any inquiries.
Can I use MoonRise Spa’s wellness facilities without booking a treatment?
MoonRise Spa amenities such as the steam and sauna rooms are available only to guests with scheduled treatments. The pool and fitness areas are reserved for overnight hotel guests.
Where is MoonRise Spa located within the hotel?
MoonRise Spa is located on the Spa Level, on the same floor as the hotel’s pool and wellness facilities.
