Reservations
A deposit for the first night’s room and tax is required at the time of booking to reserve the room.
Reservations are subject to availability.
Failure to check-in for a promotional room booking may result in a no-show charge and could result in losing eligibility for future offers. Please be aware that direct marketing offer codes will be verified at check-in. If the offer code is not linked to your account, the standard room rate will be charged to the credit card on file.
Any modifications or cancellations for a stay made through a travel partner or third party must go through that third party. Guests must make changes and/or modifications.
Guest is required to present a credit or debit card that will be authorized for an incidental hold. Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The name on the card presented at check-in MUST match the Guest’s name on the reservation.
Cancellation and reservation changes policy
The hotel has a 24-hour cancellation policy; if you do not cancel your room before 4:00 PM on the day prior to your arrival, one night’s room charge plus tax will be applied.
Guests can modify their reservations without penalty 24-hours before check-in. Once checked in, guests are responsible for the total number of room nights reserved, even if they depart early. Any changes made to the reservation after checking in will not lower the total payment due. Cancellations made within 24-hours of the arrival date and no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay plus tax on the credit card used for booking.
ADA policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Age requirement
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
Cashless hotel experience
To enhance the convenience and safety of our guests, our hotel check in and spa are entirely cashless, ensuring a hassle-free experience. All reservations and payments for services must be made via credit or debit card. Upon check-in, guests must provide a valid payment method to cover the room charges and incidental fees. We have designed this to streamline the guest experience and ensure a smooth, secure experience for all guests.
Check cashing
Guests may cash personal checks at the casino cashier cage. Valid photo identification is required.
Connecting room and special requests
We are happy to accommodate requests for connecting rooms or any special requests when available, but cannot guarantee availability in advance.
Gift card and reloadable debit card
We do not accept gift card or reloadable debit cards as a form of deposit. Reloadable debit cards can be used at time of departure to settle folio balance.
ID requirement
Valid photo identification in the form of government issued ID, ex. Driver’s license or passports is required upon check-in. Photocopies or identification on phones is not accepted. A comprehensive list of acceptable forms of ID’s are available on our website.
Late check-out
When available, a courtesy late check-out may be granted based on availability. Check-outs after 1:00 PM will result in a half day's room charge, and check-outs after 5:00 PM will result in a full day's room charge.
Noise/Disturbance
Parties are strictly prohibited. All persons staying in a guest room or suite must be registered guests and must not exceed the number of guests allowed within the accommodation. There will be a disturbance fee of minimum $300 per room charged for any noise disturbance caused to other guests.
Pet policy
We welcome dogs only and under 50 lbs. to stay at the hotel provided that guests sign a waiver at check-in and a nonrefundable $200 pet fee will apply. We reserve the right to charge the guest's credit card a fee for any additional cleaning, excessive damage, or noise complaints. Excluded list of dog breeds: Doberman Pinscher, Pit bull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Wolf dogs and wolf hybrids and Akita. At this time other pets such as cats, snakes, birds, etc. are not allowed in the hotel.
Smoking
All guest rooms and hotel public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are located outside the hotel and throughout the casino. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Parking
Self- Park and valet options are available complimentary for all hotel guests. Self-park is available in our parking structure, which is patrolled by Security.
Spa, pool and fitness studio
Our MoonRise Spa, Fitness Studio and Relaxation Pool are located on the Spa level of our Hotel. The facilities are accessible with your guestroom key. The Fitness Studio and Pool area are open 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
Changes to policies, terms and conditions
The hotel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It may also terminate a guest's stay if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions. The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Additionally, the hotel is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises.
