Admission Requirements
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID for entry. The name on the ticket must match the name on the ID where applicable. Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel reserves the right to deny entry to any guest who fails to provide proper identification. All events are subject to age restrictions as specified at the time of ticket purchase. Guests must meet the minimum age requirement to enter. For events allowing under 21, minor must be accompanied by an adult where required. Minors are defined as persons under the age of 21, an adult is defined as a person over the age of 21. Children aged 3 and under do not need a ticket to attend applicable Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel event but must share a seat with an accompanying, ticketed adult.
Ticket Purchase Policy
Each ticket is a revocable license to attend a specific event and is subject to these terms and conditions and any additional terms printed on the ticket provided at purchase. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets will not be replaced.
Payment and Order Confirmation
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards. If you do not receive a confirmation number after submitting payment, it is your responsibility to contact the Box Office to confirm your order.
Fees
Tickets may be subject to applicable taxes, service fees and processing fees. Fees are non-refundable.
Event Changes
Event dates, times, performers and details are subject to change without notice. In the event of cancelation, postponement or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond the control of Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel including, but not limited to; acts of God, artist cancelation, public safety concerns, government regulations or other unforeseen events. Refunds or exchanges will be handled in accordance with applicable policies.
Opening Acts
Opening acts are subject to change or cancelation at any time without notice. No refund will be issued for changes to the opening act.
Pricing and Errors
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel reserves the right to cancel any ticket order resulting from pricing errors, system malfunctions or unauthorized sales and will refund the amount paid.
Prohibited Conduct
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel reserves the right, without refund, to refuse admission or remove any guest whose conduct is disorderly, disruptive or fails to comply with venue rules or applicable laws.
Security and Search
All guests are subject to security screening upon entry, including but not limited to bag checks and metal detection. Guests who refuse screening may be denied entry without refund. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to; controlled substances, weapons, recording devices (where restricted) and outside containers.
Recording and Media
Guests may not record or transmit the event without authorization. By attending, guests consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded and grant Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel the right to use their likeness for promotional purposes.
Ticket Resale
Unauthorized resale or complimentary tickets have no cash value, are non-transferrable unless otherwise specified and may be revoked at management’s discretion.
Assumption of Risk
Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending an event, including exposure to crowds and other conditions inherent to public gatherings.
Release and Indemnification
By attending, guests agree to release and hold harmless Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel and its affiliates from any claims arising from their attendance, except where prohibited by law.
Management Rights
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel reserves all rights.
