Reservation Policy
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to stay. Offers for discounted rates require a deposit for the first night’s room at the discounted rate plus tax at time of booking. Offers for complimentary rooms do not require a deposit at the time of booking. Failure to check-in for a promotional room booking may result in a no-show charge and could result in losing eligibility for future offers. Please be aware that direct marketing offer codes will be verified at check-in. If the offer code is not linked to your account, the standard room rate will be charged to the credit card on file. Guest is required to present a credit or debit card that will be authorized for an incidental hold. Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. The name on the card presented at check-in MUST match the Guest’s name on the reservation. Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
Cancellation and Reservation Changes Policy
The hotel has a 24-hour cancellation policy; if you do not cancel your room before midnight on the night prior to your arrival, one night’s room charge plus tax will be applied.
Guests can modify their reservations without penalty 24-hours before check-in. Once checked in, guests are responsible for the total number of room nights reserved, even if they depart early. Any changes made to the reservation after checking in will not lower the total payment due. Cancellations made within 24-hours of the arrival date and no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay plus tax on the credit card used for booking. However, guests can modify their reservations during the cancellation period without incurring fees.

ELIGIBILITY
Washington State residents 21 years of age and older may participate for free. Each entrant represents and warrants that they are at least 21 years of age. Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all other special conditions relating to this giveaway. Use of a false name/address will disqualify any entrant. Any person found to be in breach of these rules will be disqualified immediately. Snoqualmie Casino reserves the right to request proof of age and residency to claim any prize. Participation constitutes entry.

SWEEPSTAKES GIVEAWAY RULES
Entrants may enter one time per contest during the promotional period by following Snoqualmie Casino on Instagram or “liking” Snoqualmie Casino on Facebook and by engaging with the contest based on the post instructions. Entrants are required to include #sweepstakes in all Seahawks related contests.
This Sweepstakes will commence on September 8, 2025 at 10:00AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and will close on December 11, 2025 at 10:00 AM PT (the “promotional period”).
Sponsor will not verify receipt of any entry and has no obligation to advise entrants of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry.
Sponsor will contact the potential winners via ‘Direct Message’ via the social platform that was used to enter.
Winners must respond within 24 hours. Sponsor will provide further instruction as to prize redemption.
Winners must be a Crescent Club member to claim prize, and must provide W9 information.
Unclaimed prizes are considered forfeit.
